What’s included in a cleaning?

A cleaning service includes: -Dust removal from furniture, shelves, windows, and surfaces. -Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping of all areas. -Bathroom cleaning: toilet, sink, shower, mirrors, and floors. -Kitchen cleaning: surfaces, sink, and exterior of appliances. -Emptying trash bins and replacing liners. -Light organization of spaces.

Can I skip or reschedule bookings?

If you need to skip or reschedule your upcoming cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us manage our schedule and continue providing excellent service to all our clients.
To reschedule, simply let us know your preferred date and time, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Please note that cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee.
